This past Sunday, we considered "Church as family pulling together" through individual responsibility and submission to one another. The exciting truth about the church is that everyone has a role, a "load to carry" and that we carry those together, through mutal submission. The Gospel shifts us from being spectators to contributors and it produces within us the humility to submit to our leaders.
